Lachlan Ives

At schnitz my job is usually on the pans as a cook being in control of the chicken and vegetables as I prepare them to be ready to be served to our customers or I will work in the salad bar which is the food is prepared after the food is cooked. In these roles I have grasped a strong understanding of the preparation of food at restaurants.

Whilst I spent my brief time in plumbing I learnt a lot of hands on skills that will come in handy throughout my life. I learnt a lot of installing of pipes and taps while I was there. Usually my job consisted of digging trenches and installing drainage pipes and taps

At the deli my role was to greet customers and receive there orders as well as usually being in charge of closing the deli at night, refilling all the meats and salads before as well as keeping the deli spotless at all times.

At target I worked as a team member, usually on the floor either bringing out stock and helping out customers with there needs, being on the door greeting customers or in the warehouse unloaded pallets and assorting them to there respective department cages.
