Completed two weeks of placements at Clovelly Cottage, gaining vital experience on:

• Administrating medications via oral and monitored response.
• Supported nursing staff by performing routine tasks such as taking vitals, administering medications, and documenting patient information.
• Regularly documentated and gathered information on vital signs and secondary assessments
• Bathed, changed and fed patients suffering from discomfort, ailments and disabilities to provide extra assistance and care.
• Proficient ADLs and caring to patient needs
• Safely fed patients
• Engaged in therapeutic communication with residents and learned to work with patients to efficiently complete tasks

• Kept work areas clean, organized, and safe to promote efficiency and team safety.
• Learned all required tasks quickly to maximize performance.
• Worked scheduled shifts and remained available to work during coworker absences, holidays, and busy periods.
• Contributed to team success by completing jobs quickly and accurately.

• Maintained clean, neat and operational facilities to serve program needs.
• Gained knowledge and experience working with children in educational setting.
