I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for helping others. I always strive to use my empathetic and compassionate nature to make a positive impact on the lives of others. This passion will prove to be increasingly important as I continue my studies as an occupational therapy student at the University of Canberra, as I aim to continue to prioritise and practice these traits along with developing new skills as I continue my educational journey to become a qualified occupational therapist.
I coach both adult players in a competitive local competition as well as children aged 4-15 in school visits, holiday programs and clinics. In this role I foster rapport and trust with players t support their personal growth both on and off the field. Additionally, I design targeted drills to address skill challenges and enhance overall hockey development.
As a customer service attendant, I ensure patrons have an enjoyable and safe experience whilst at the club. People skills, organisational skills and adaptability are among the many that a required to not only achieve this outcome but also to build positive relationships with the customers. In this position, I have also developed skills in communication, time management and teamwork.
