Summary

As a previous health care provider and currently an employee of the Queensland Police Service my greatest asset is my commitment to members of the public giving overall holistic support. I keep up to date with best practice by attending workshops, reading current literature and seeking out appropriate mentorship from those who I believe excel in the position. I can efficiently and proactively organize my time, and can make rapid decisions when required. I am able to work autonomously, however I also enjoy being part of a team that is motivated and committed and will take feedback and ideas from others in order to further develop my own abilities. I am rewarded by challenging positions where I can proficiently learn a diverse skill-set whilst upholding and contributing to organizational goals and objectives. I appreciate the fiscal restraints that are with the Queensland Police, and I believe I am obliged to always work ethically ensuring best outcome without creating unnecessary wastage of resources.
