I am a project management professional with a PhD in Neuroscience and diverse experience across healthcare, research, and clinical operations in both Australia and the U.S. My current role as a Clinical Trial Coordinator involves leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating patient-facing services, and managing end-to-end trial operations in stroke rehabilitation. Previously, I supported concussion research at Monash University and contributed to neurotrauma research in the U.S., where I developed strong foundations in communication and collaborative problem-solving. Across roles, I have been responsible for recruiting and training staff, enhancing team communication, and improving service delivery workflows.
