• Assist with the installation and maintenance of fire detection and EWIS/OWIS systems within commercial buildings.

Responsible for programming a design file for embroidery machines to produce a quality design that replicated the clients instructed artwork in embroidery stitches.

Along with the design programming I was also the sole Australian distributor of APS Ethos Embroidery Software, responsible for sales, support, installation and training.

During this role I gained over 60,000 hours of experience providing service and support to over 70 Embroidery businesses simultaneously.

Skills include service and support to clients, the ability to co-ordinate to meet their deadlines, this comprised of long hours, astute attention to detail and accuracy enabling clients to run a jobs efficiently. Being responsible for all aspects of productivity, quality and cost control. Handling of accounts and receivables, stock control and ordering from suppliers.
