  • After deciding to shift my studies towards the more challenging and rewarding pathway of a Bachelor of Psychology at Curtin University, I also decided to take the first step in an adjacent career pathway by becoming a disability support worker at Cam Can. I currently assist members with mental and/or physical disabilities, helping them strive to reach their goals as well as live a happy and healthy life. This role requires an array of skills including patience, understanding, autonomy, problem solving, and relationship building.

  • During my studies at TAFE I held a part time position at West Coast Spas/Saunas in Joondalup, WA. This position was an all-rounder type role, with duties ranging from unloading containers and installing our products in customer’s homes, to data entry and customer troubleshooting. This role required quick learning and understanding of all the products and their differences to succeed, a task I relished in.
