• Managed the Construction Skills Engagement Crew, taught courses in Fly installation on rough terrain, all terrain and truck mounted cranes for all operators and rigger/doggers
• Conducted rigging courses focusing on pipe installation when using chain blocks, come-alongs, Tirfors, span lines, slings and all associated rigging and lifting gear
