• Architect for the TeamCity CICD agent reliability uplift in implementing ephemeral VMs on hyper-converged Nutanix AHV, as opposed to several unsuitable alternate solutions such as VMware clusters using Dell servers with shared storage, vastly improving the developer experience
• Architected and executed the Microsoft Exchange to Google Workspace cutover on a single weekend with 3 months’ lead time for 2400+ mailboxes, 10+ DNS domains, SPF records, and MX record changes, which resulted in a clean, global migration, facilitating improved collaboration and productivity across the organisation
• Transformed the traditional infrastructure operations practices by advocating for adopting DevOps culture and modern CI/CD tooling, resulting in improved efficiencies and configuration consistencies across 2800+ physical servers.

• Offered architecture expertise to the IT team, leading the design and implementation of solutions to improve the quality and resilience of systems
• Key initiatives included orchestrating an Office 365 migration and an Airwatch Mobile Device Management implementation, positively impacting productivity and security.

• Led the successful multi-forest Office 365 migration of one of the largest Australian manufacturers, overseeing the design and implementation, ensuring a seamless transition with no disruption to operations
• Grew sales pipelines with two significant follow-on projects totalling A$100k in revenue.
