Summary

Graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Psychology-extended) and completed a TAE40116 this year in November. Relative work experience is working at UQ Skills delivering training to VETIS cohorts both virtually or face to face and the development and validation of all learning within the agricultural sector.

Prior to this I have had 5 years’ experience working in different labour environments which emphasize teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail. Majority of these years included teaching, training, supervising and developing new or ongoing employees.

Lastly I spent 5 ½ months working as a youth worker utilising behavioural support through the therapeutic models of TCI and PACE, developing plans in conjunction with stakeholders attempting to reform challenging behaviour.
