Yif, I am 30 years old, a dedicated chef with a deep seated passion for the photography and culinary arts. I have been Catering industry for 13 years, when I 17 years old, I want to Japanese restaurant to assistant chef, I work hard for 10 to 12 hours per day, very tired, but can let me got experience quick. Few years ago I want to break first restaurant BRUN, it's famous in Taipei, and I worked at cooking classroom, I am teacher and hand model during working at the BRUN.
