  • Provide technical support (such as password reset, printer issues) to end-users through Jira, email & phone.
  • Install and Configure computer hardware, software, and applications for Head office support teams' computer. Setup PC, printer, scanner, phone, and docking system. Upgrade from windows 10 to windows 11.
  • Remotely assist users to setup POS equipments such as monitor, cashdrawer, barcode scanner, finger scanner, HP Printer and EFTPOS terminal. Check post-setup configuration through Teamviewer.
  • Create new users on Active Directory. Provide personal drive and specific company folders to the respective user account. Allow them to change passwords. Disable or block old employees.
  • Solve the issues related to MFA in azure active directory.
  • Add new users on Microsoft Office 365 admin center. Edit the users; provide licenses, and setup signatures.
  • Create Microsoft 365 group, distribution group & Mail-enabled security group and add members.
  • Setup SharePoint/One Drive for users. Create meetings rooms by using Teams and zoom.
  • Maintain Assets & inventory count through SharePoint.
  • Utilize ticketing system to track and keep up-to-date all issues and request from the users. Prioritize the issues to solve the problems in the most effective way.
  • Provide backup using Veeam Backup and Replication.
  • Maintain professional relationship with all vendors and ensure all queries are responded within SLA.
  • Report to the Service Desk Manager for the unsolved issues in detailed. Regular follow up communication with the users until the issues resolved.
