• Preparation of Financial Statements, Taxation Returns, BAS for different entities
• Prepare SMSF pension establishment reports and minutes and Processing transactions including initiating rollovers via Superstream, contributions and benefits payments on behalf of clients.
• Liase with the ATO and clients and ensure ensure clients are made aware of their compliance obligations.
• Provide accounting support and assistance to clients on either Xero, MYOB, Handisoft
• Tax research and the application of tax laws and regulation and stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
• Review and analysis of financial statements to identify tax implications
• Dealing with Division 7A, CGT and FBT calculations
• Liaise and facilitate SMSF audit with the external auditor.

Preparation of BAS IAS FBT Statements and workers compensation

• Preparation of financial statements and income tax return for different entities
• Preparation of interim financial statements, cash flow projection and tax planning letters
• Company Bookkeeping
• Company registration and ABN application
• Preparation and lodgement of various return/documents/forms with Australian Securities Commission
• FB Calculation and payroll calculation
• Help client with accounting information system
• Maintaining the company’s statutory registers as required by corporation law and preparation of minutes in respect of meeting of members and directors

• Performing various bookkeeping and basic accounting task
• Performing all duties related to Accounts receivable and accounts payable,
• Bank reconciliation
• Preparing Payroll including related journal entries.
• Preparing trial balance, balance sheet , income statement, cash flow and cost report
• Financial report analysis
• Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
• Preparing statutory account and GST calculation and inventory control
• Support the finance director with monthly and annual tax related issues
• Preparing the budget and projections
