Within the roastery handled and roasted majority of coffee production, as well stock and orders (Wholesale and Online) I've handled coffee from all over the world and at many price points
As head trainer I hosted all of our Coffee classes, which run twice a week at night, every session i would have to adapt based on the kind of people I had attending that night, as to met their expectations. As well I would handle all bookings and clients. I also conducted all staff and wholesale training regularly along with setting up and preparing new venues.
During the weekend I would oversee the cafe and staff working, generally with the newest and junior staff so I could train them further. During the weekends I would also do bar service (Wines, Cocktails, Spirits) The weekends had the biggest emphasis on alcoholic drinks and retail.
Did some extra work with Iberia on my spare days while working at Cartel Roasters. Open to close, solely working on the coffee machine while I was there.
Started working when the store opened, as store manger i oversaw ordering of food, packaging, coffee as well as staff training on staff on site.
I did this for a year before moving to Cartel Roasters to follow coffee.
