My biggest passions are wool and learning new skills I can share with others. I feel stagnate and frustrated in my current position, as much as I love my job, and look forward to the opportunity to further my education in an industry I am truly passionate about.
* Class wool into uniform, suitable lines for current
markets whilst adhering to the AWEX Code of practice.
* Oversee, manage, organise and supervise various staff.
* Ensure both grower and wool reps receive relevant information regarding each clip.
* Fill in tally books, wool books and complete clip reports.
* Launched, marketed and grew a lawn mowing and gardening business which, during busy times, employed others.
* Built productive relationships with large companies such as Skyline and secured well paying contracts which were the backbone of this business.
* Demonstrated hard work, reliability and a willingness to learn (how to drive a 52" zero turn lawn mover, machine maintenance, rose pruning and how to back a trailer - just to name a few).
* Invoices, insurances, keeping the diary full of bookings, being aware of predicted rains/weather conditions and working around mother nature.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction at every job.
* Solely responsible for the smooth operations of a small licenced premises with accommodation and gaming facilities, which also provided meals.
* Work with local police to ensure my business did not have a negative social impact on our community (before my takeover it was previously listed a category 3 pub).
* Adhere to AHA standards and regulations, local liquor licencing laws and food and safety regulations.
* Manage staff, basic finances (pay bills online - the book keeper did most of it), negotiate stock prices and order stock, many, many hours behind the bar, clean rooms and bar areas, washing for hotel rooms, run, clean and maintain kitchen and dining areas.
* Show a massive amount of self restraint by not becoming an alcoholic when I had an endless supply of free alcohol. (If you didn't at least have a giggle over this I'm probably not your girl)!!

* 2012 - Working holiday throughout NSW, SA and VIC working for Dick Pycroft and Doug Millhouse which included contract classing sheds.
* 2013 - Acquired Owner builder permit and renovated 3 houses with my partner at the time.
* Have previously completed first aid, senior resuscitation, child care courses, food safety supervisor, RSA and RCG (multiple times)!!!
* Currently hold NSW drivers licence, basic bulldozer and excavator operations, have driven tractors and can ride motorbikes and quad bikes
