Cleaning Duties at Various Locations: Caravan Park, Salon, and Brandt Industry Area

Main Tasks Include:

• Wiping down kitchens, toilets, bedrooms, and bath or shower rooms.
• Vacuuming or sweeping and mopping the floors.

Packer:

• Pack racks and legs from the chain into bags.
• Pack zipped products into boxes for labeling.

China Checker:

• Verify product labels and piece codes for items intended for China.

Laundry Attendant:

• Distribute uniforms to workers in the morning.
• Clean empty chillers.
• Prepare uniform sets for the next day.
• Sort and place cleaned uniforms into individual pigeon holes based on their assigned numbers.
• Collect used uniforms at the end of the day.

Customer Service and Cooking

General Tasks (Opening and Closing the Shop):

• Open: Arrange chairs in designated areas.
• Open: Display bakery products on the counter and prepare wraps and ham & cheese croissants for immediate sale.
• Throughout the day: 1.) Clean and sanitize tables. 2.) Wash mugs and plates.
• Closing: 1.)Clean the kitchen and floors. 2.) Move chairs and tables indoors.
• Purchasing Tasks: 1.) Procuring fresh avocados from a nearby fruit shop. 2.) Acquiring take-away paper cups from a nearby furniture shop. 3.) Placing orders for sourdough cakes and croissants via phone for the next day.

Main Tasks

(Serving Customers):

• Take customer orders.
• Deliver coffee to customers who ordered by phone.
• Explain ingredients and note special dietary requirements or allergies to ensure safe dining.

(Cooking):

• Prepare brunch items (e.g, Eggs Benedict, Baked Eggs, Breakfast Burrito, etc.).
• Prepare simple take-away items, including but not limited to toasties, ham & cheese croissants, and Acai bowls.

Sushi Roll Making and Customer Service

Morning Preparation (Before Opening):

• Prepare sushi rolls before the shop opens for customers.
• Stir the steamed rice with sugar and vinegar to prepare it for use.
• Top up sauces and cut ingredients like salmon and avocados for immediate use.

Customer Service:

• Serve dine-in and take-away customers.

End of Day Cleanup:

• Clean the sushi plates on the trays and dispose of waste in the bins.
• Wash the dishwasher.
• Mop the floor.
