  • Company Overview: Oakwood Primary School has a student population of around 850 students, ranging from K-6, with families from a diverse range of socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Mentoring 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year practicum students and Education Assistant students.
  • Line-manage classroom education assistants and special needs assistants; hold termly meetings to discuss the performance and goals of EAs, provide strategies and support for them to achieve these goals, and provide feedback on their performance.
