· Upgraded outdated electrical components with modern alternatives, prolonging equipment life and improving operational efficiency of factory.

· Designed, sourcing/selection and installation of capacitor banks for Lae Brewery to improve power factor from below 0.8 to over 0.9. A cost reduction project as the brewery was heavily billed for both Real and Apparent power with low power factor.
· Upgraded all old ABB controllers and temperature chart recorders to Honeywell universal digital controllers and recorders throughout the entire Lae brewery.
· Coordinated with vendors to identify and procure appropriate equipment necessary for above projects.
· Developed and implemented preventive maintenance and operational procedures for electrical/instrumentation equipment.
