During my time at Southern Vales I provided I.T service for all staff and students. My role as an I.T technician was multifaceted and it involved I.T support, Graphic design and Active Directory System Administration.
As part of my system administration role I created new staff/students using software such as Active Directory, Office 365 and SEQTA.
My Role in Graphic design included Creating Brochures and pamphlets for upcoming school events while also revamping old documents.
I fixed any I.T issues that staff and students had such as App installations, Poor WiFi connections, Printer installations and System Malfunctions.
