Summary
Being a Registered Nurse for three-and-a-half years, I have been offering comprehensive and compassionate evidence-based patient care. From a sub-acute aged care rehabilitation ward, to the acute medical admission units and wards where I currently work, I have developed great time management skills, excellent team communication, provided a variety of different types of nursing care and have mastered the fundamentals of ward nursing. Whilst on clinical placement as a student, I have experienced many different wards and specialities, but had found a passion for working in more critical areas such as Emergency, Operating Theatres, PACU/Recover & ICU. My future goals include partaking in post-graduate education in Critical Care, specialising in acute critical fields as a Clinical Nurse Specialist or Nurse Practitioner.
