During my current time at Mercedes Benz Brisbane and Porsche Centre Brisbane, I have gathered multiple skills in regards to face to face sales which was including Service and Parts sales, I have learnt to connect with all customer's needs and requirements, to ensure to deliver high standards in comfort, reliability with parts and repairs and to aim to exceed expectations for the customer, I've also learnt on how to work within a tight close knit team, to build that bond and sense the character from each employee and customer. During my time with Northside Hyundai, I have gathered experience on dealing with customers and to book/maintain vehicles regarding maintenance items, scheduled services and face to face sales purchases I have learnt to work within a team for time efficiency and the best results for the customer possible.
I enjoy spending time with closest to me, being family/friends or well known work colleagues, in my own spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, working out, playing both indoor and outdoor football, keeping fit, expressing my love for all cars, luxury and not, I enjoy going to car meets, looking after my own vehicle and will always be up for taking a conversation about cars.
