Underground Dump Truck Operator

• Experience in Underground Truck driving, operating Sandvik THi633.
• Load & Haul various ore grades, waste and other materials to correct dump locations
• Clear communication and listening skills when working in conjunction with Mine Control and other operators.
• Correct use of PPE with an ability to abide by site safety rules, not only thinking of my safety but that of those around me.

Mine Control

• Competently trained in Dispatch using the InMine system. Have developed the skills to manage all of the haulage fleet, accurately entering the correct data for all machinery at KB across development and production.
• Ability to problem solve and re direct the haulage fleet quite quickly when machinery is required in other areas on the mine for other work or they have broken down. Minimise down time and keep the fleet moving as much as possible to achieve daily targets.

Magazine Keeper / Trainee Charge Up

• Orica Hypercharge course completed.
• In training for WA Underground Shotfirers & IKON Course.
• Accurate record keeping, making sure that explosives stock take matches the magazine record on a daily basis, maintaining the correct handling, transportation and storage of explosives in accordance with Legislation and company policies and procedures.
• Once magazine duties are complete, I assist charge up wherever possible.
• Ability to read and understand blast plans and communicate with engineers.
• Experience in prepping and charging production up & down holes. I have worked on the production charge up team many times. Most recently charging a 70T stope.
• Experienced in operating an IT.

• Experience in coordinating and creating florals for events, weddings & corporate functions, including work with Crown, Marvel Stadium, MCG, Victorian Racing Committee, Australian Open & AFL.

• Main role was to deliver freight around all suburbs of Melbourne.
• Performed & completed daily safety checks for work vehicle.
• Working with management & freight team members to ensure prompt deliveries.

• Weekend work to assist florists with various weddings and events.
• Bump in and bump outs, including day and night work.

• Experience in event coordination for instore and off-site events that usually occurred after hours and on weekends such as Spring Carnival, Melbourne Flower and Garden Show, Grand Prix and Australian Open.

• Worked full time whilst learning on the job to complete all aspects of my school-based apprenticeship.
