I am currently employed at Ward 1G (Adult Acute Mental Health Unit), Lyell McEwin Hospital. I have experience working in both mental health forensic and mental health inpatient settings through my placements and years of employment.

• Delivering crisis intervention support and executing de-escalation skills for patients experiencing mental health, emotional and behavioural symptoms.
• Utilising social work theories and frameworks to support patients with a biopsychosocial lens.
• Planning and organising for care post discharge by linking patient to necessary services.
• Documenting patient progress and liaison with external services into Sunrise.
