Within my time at Australian Catering Services I have gained experience across both the Level 2 and 3 Food and Beverage attendant tiers, with the latter being an on-shift supervisor role.

In my time as a Level 2 Food and Beverage attendant I have:

• Completed two Merlo coffee training qualifications, providing me with comprehensive knowledge and allowing me to improve my skills throughout my two years of barista experience
• Memorised the menu to ensure an in-depth knowledge of our products
• Provided excellent customer service consistently, particularly whilst under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Not only strived to maintain sanitary and organised dining areas for customers but upheld the cleanliness of our own workspace according to health and hygiene regulations
• Created strong relationships with both my coworkers, management and regular customers
• Processed payments efficiently, and accurately dealt with both credit and cash transactions

As a Level 3 on-shift supervisor I have:

• Assisted with the set-up of important catering events and games, on both small and large scales
• Acquired the skills to perform both opening and closing procedures by myself in a timely manner
• Helped train new staff on POS systems, daily procedures, oven or other food processes, as well as teaching and assisting them on how to make coffee
• Performed regular stocktakes
• Been equipped with cash handling skills such as counting tills

Throughout my time as a netball umpire I have worked across multiple associations and competitions. Our main role as umpires is to remain very impartial and unbiased, but mostly to provide players an understanding of the rules of the game, a skill which requires much patience and effective communication. My years of experience has seen me mentor approximately 20 young umpires across both my lifelong club and current association. Amidst this process I achieved my National C accreditation which has allowed me to umpire at a State level.
