- Washing, prepping & portioning various foods.

- Making hot/cold drinks; coffee, tea, milkshakes, thick shakes.

- Cooking various foods on the grill/hot plate & in the deep fryer.

- Wrapping/packaging all takeaway orders etc.

• Cleaning Duties:

- Maintaining a clean & hygienic workspace by wiping down & disinfecting tables, bench-tops & other work areas.

- Cleaning & waitressing tables for dine-in customers.

- Cleaning various kitchen appliances (grill, bain-maries, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher etc).

- Deep cleaning the cold room, fridges & deep freezers.

- Operating commercial dishwasher & dishwashing by hand.

- Sweeping & mopping floors.

- Cleaning windows & wall mounted fans.

• Assisting in other various tasks.
