In addition, my experience in a leadership role has helped me gain skills in organisation and meeting deadlines. I’m currently looking to expand my existing knowledge by gaining experience in a new environment. In my current role, I’ve consistently driven sales growth through proactive and customer-focused approach. As a result, we’ve achieved a 14% increase in sales compared to previous year and a 33% increase ever since I’ve been in role at my current store. I’ve was recently given the opportunity to act as a subject matter expert, travelling to specific stores to train managers on effectively operating and managing a bakery department.
