Maggie Down

I am about to complete my year 11 VCAL at Southwest Tafe and am very interested in working with people with disabilities. I recently did work experience at Warrnambool Special Developmental School and helped in the classroom and really enjoyed the experience and working with the students. While doing work experience it gave me a vision as to what I would like to do in the future. I believe doing a traineeship is an ideal way to be able to study, work and interact with people, and is an excellent way to further my goal to work with people with disabilities. I have also played Netball for several years and love to be part of a team. I have also learnt great communication skills, teamwork, time management and enjoy the physical aspect of the game.
