Hobbies: Swimming and Reading

Swimming for me has its dual benefits for both my body and mind. I find it creates a meditative experience that helps me unwind and focus. While exercising my body. I find it as my own personal form of therapy that leaves me feeling centred.


Reading, on the other hand, serves as a gateway to endless worlds and perspectives. I'm immersed seeking an escape, or exploring to expand my understanding, reading has broadened my horizon. It's a constant journey of learning and growth, providing a mental oasis where I can recharge and explore new ideas.
