We are living in times where mental Health is a concern for many communities with regard to social and environmental issues and the increasing number of people in need of protection from war zones as well as natural disaster affected countries, our efforts in supporting each other to cope with these issues must be for ever strengthen. Thus, sport remain an absolute vital way of not only bringing communities togethers, breaking barriers but uplifting individuals mood from stress whether it be work related or personal.
