Work History

Business Analyst – Workplace Super Remediation Program

  • Worked on the No TFN project where numerous members in PLUM Super and Masterkey Super did not receive the correct refund of the ‘No TFN’ tax after providing their tax file numbers to their super funds
  • The error was due to system deficiencies and as a result, the ‘No TFN’ tax refund was not generated to the applicable members. To rectify the issue, the correct compensation amount and interests owing what required to be refunded to all impacted members .
  • Identified all impacted Masterkey members (both closed and active accounts) that required compensation amounts including interests for loss of earnings. This included the investment strategy and fund types for the compensation amounts to be credited to. A total of 2500 accounts were identified as impacted.
  • Provided a detailed analysis and consolidation of data of all impacted members (exited and active members)
  • Drafted the Comms Strategy paper on the remediation letters to members.
  • All rectification activities and remediation were successful completed on Phase 1 of the No TFN refund project with close collaboration with stakeholders in both the Business and in IT .
  • Worked also on BAU incidents as part of the Workplace Super Remediation Program. This involved providing a detailed analysis on the root cause of the incidents. This was achieved by working closely with the event owner and Product to understand current processes and impacts so that a workable solution could be provided.

Business Analyst - Customer Service Standards Project (CSS)

  • Worked on the EDC (Electricity Distribution Code) Review Project on the regulatory requirements that came into effect as at 1st July 2021
  • As part of the regulatory requirements Jemena had to digitize recording of all manual upcoming planned outage carding evidence and cancelled carding evidence for both switching and non-switching planned outage jobs. This included sending timely digital SMS/Email notifications via the customer preferred channel for upcoming planned and/or any cancelled outages
  • Created detailed user stories/ acceptance criteria for build of 2 new applications- Web Application POCM (Planned Outage Carding Management system) and the GE ME Carding tablet which would integrate with existing applications - OMS (Outage Management System) and Broadcaster to ensure compliance to the regulatory requirements.
  • Defined requirements for enhancements to Broadcaster to accommodate the digital notifications via the Customer Preference channel for planned and cancelled outages. This was achieved by working closely and collaborating with various stakeholders in the Business including the system and web developers , Network Operations team and the Solutions design architect .

  • Worked on the Infinity Program to integrate Comminsure’s two lines of Business (Life) and (Savings and Investments) into AIA
  • As both businesses are highly integrated with CBA, the Infinity program was designed to build the capability within AIA to fully transition all applications, services, and processing from CBA to AIA.

  • Worked on the Sanagi Program to transition MLCL to be operationally independent of NAB including the infrastructure, technology and support services required to operate efficiently and service MLCL’s customers
  • This included building MLCL’s new PAS system (BaNCS) that will ultimately replace seven legacy policy administration systems with just one.
