- Look after and manage care of the macadamia orchard;
- Maintain garden areas, veggie gardens and landscaping greenery to enhance property appearance, plant health and harvest fruit and vegetables;
- Trim shrubbery and trees to help plants produce more flowers and fruit to benefit wildlife;
- Cut and trim lawns using brush cutters, power mowers and other machinery;
- Utilise sprayers to mix and spray fertilisers and herbicides onto the macadamia orchard, grass and other trees.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and completed basic repairs to keep equipment working at peak levels.
- Set up maintenance contracts to perform ongoing grounds care and other projects around the property.
