Summary
After not working for 9 years due to having both my girls born 26 weeks premature, i applied to start as a PCW in oct 2023. It was hard working the night shift as i didn't have the support system at home for my two kids, and i had to throw in the job.
I do enjoy working at Bolton Clarke, I have both background in aged care and also business administration, i understand that this position isn't a carers position and im fully aware what the position involves.
I feel like i rushed into work last year and didn't really get to show my full potential.
I am a hard worker and always give my best at everything. I get along great with people and i feel like the timing is right for me to return to work now. Im a team player with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
