- As the Assistant Centre Manager, my role is to assist in the management and coordination of the overall running of the service.
- This includes the development and implementation of the programs for the children/ youth that attend the service
- Following the companies policies and procedures ensuring continuous WHS and Quality areas are maintained with the use of Risk Assessment and Management Plans.
- Service Fire warden I maintain and conduct our Emergency Evacuations, Lockdowns and Medical Management within the service of 120 children.
- Completing regular safety auditing of environment and workspaces for children and Educators .
- Maintaining staff records and ensuring all team members are current with their training and certifications.
- In charge of payroll and rostering for 16 team members
- I liaise with different government Departments such as the Department of Communities (child protection division), Department of Education to liaise on behalf of the children and families whom attend the service
