**ESG Committee Leader** - In my role as the leader of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) committee, I organized social impact projects aimed at providing financial education to a vulnerable community in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. One of my key initiatives was securing the Investment Bank's commitment to becoming a signatory of the UN Global Compact. Additionally, I was a finalist for a young entrepreneur award in my country, in collaboration with the MIT Sloan Review Brazil.
