In my current role, I am responsible for a diverse set of tasks, including serving food to customers, managing cashier operations, and performing duties at the bar. As a food server, I ensure that each guest receives prompt, courteous, and efficient service, enhancing their overall dining experience. In my capacity as a cashier, I handle financial transactions accurately, maintain a clean and organized cashier station, and provide excellent customer service. Additionally, my responsibilities at the bar involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

In my current position, I am tasked with a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring an exceptional customer experience and efficient business operations. I warmly welcome customers upon their arrival, assist in seating arrangements, and provide detailed advice on our available service packages to meet their needs. Additionally, I handle bookings efficiently, ensuring accurate scheduling and prompt confirmation. I am also responsible for addressing customer feedback, providing thoughtful and responsive solutions to enhance satisfaction.

Moreover, I manage the business's online presence, which includes taking high-quality photographs, creating and posting engaging articles, and promptly responding to messages and inquiries. My role involves maintaining an updated and visually appealing website that effectively communicates our offerings and brand values to our customers.

I warmly greeted customers and provided assistance with their product questions, selections, and purchases, ensuring they found exactly what they needed. Additionally, I stocked merchandise meticulously, clearly labelling each item and arranging them by size or colour for easy navigation. I also maintained a clean and organized sales floor, consistently straightening and facing merchandise, which significantly enhanced the overall shopping experience for our customers. Through these efforts, I contributed to creating an inviting and efficient retail environment.
