I first started work in September 2004, and it has been almost 2 decades of experience specializing in the Information Technology industry. All my mentors, managers, and supervisors over the years were very skilled individuals and quite notably always preferred the hand-on approach of imparting skills and knowledge. This non-traditional education made me proficient in industries best practices, sharpened my skills. I am very confident, and have an analytical approach to planning day-to-day issue resolutions. A major highlight in my career has been to work in collaboration with designing and customizing a learning management system that is focused on guiding young people in leadership and personal development and which saw me start as a Digital Consultant then later made Digital Citizen Manager. The digital platform caters for members to take personal development courses then take action in their physical environment, whether it be in their schools, universities, or communities and share their experience with other members.
