I have over 15 years’ experience in the project delivery space. The last 10 years solely as a Project Manager. I have experience and knowledge of both PMO Governance and Project Management (Waterfall and Agile). I believe that this provides me with a well-rounded and holistic view of project delivery. I am experienced in managing demanding and varied project portfolios across a range of Infrastructure, Hardware and Software. My recent experience includes managing complex bodies of work remotely. I have primarily been assigned work across the APAC region but also Global.
A high proficiency in relationship building, communication and stakeholder management are vital components of daily project life that I have successfully transferred to a remote model.
To better enable my project delivery skillset, I have gained Prince2 Practitioner, ITIL Foundation and Agile Practitioner (DSDM) accreditations.
I am currently working towards my PMP certification.
