Summary

I have over 15 years’ experience in the project delivery space. The last 10 years solely as a Project Manager. I have experience and knowledge of both PMO Governance and Project Management (Waterfall and Agile). I believe that this provides me with a well-rounded and holistic view of project delivery. I am experienced in managing demanding and varied project portfolios across a range of Infrastructure, Hardware and Software. My recent experience includes managing complex bodies of work remotely. I have primarily been assigned work across the APAC region but also Global.

A high proficiency in relationship building, communication and stakeholder management are vital components of daily project life that I have successfully transferred to a remote model.

To better enable my project delivery skillset, I have gained Prince2 Practitioner, ITIL Foundation and Agile Practitioner (DSDM) accreditations.

I am currently working towards my PMP certification.

Remote stakeholder management and coordination of resources to deliver IS&T projects to China, Mongolia, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Australia and Global.

  • Single Communities Identity and MOE Project
  • Provide IT design and infrastructure capability to support the amalgamation of several government departments (includes Housing, Disability Services, Child Protection and Family Support) into the new "Communities" governmental body.
  • All users migrated to a single @communities identity.
  • All PC's and printers migrated to a single AD.
  • 7000+ users migrated to Office 365 and Exchange Online.
  • HR integration with the new Communities AD.
  • SSO Application integration across domains (200+ applications).
  • Development and deployment of new Windows 10 MOE to 7000 users across regional and metropolitan WA.
  • Responsible for leading a team of 20+ technical and project resources to successfully deliver this high profile and complex project within the newly formed Department of Communities.
  • Regular close engagement with the departments most senior stakeholders (C Level) was required throughout the project.

  • A “hands-on” multi-faceted role requiring elements of business analysis to complement and support the client's project management requirements.
  • B2B Web Portal Development and Implementation – This project formed the central plank of the GMCT digital strategy and was the first project delivered using Agile methodology.
  • SAN Upgrade and DR Implementation - Replacement of end of life SAN with new Nimble technology and the introduction of offsite DR capability to GMCT. This included requirements analysis, business case development and RFQ process \ vendor selection. The project required management of both vendor teams and internal resources to deliver a successful outcome.
  • Audio Visual Upgrade – Implementation of a new AV solution to chapels and surrounding areas. This was an end to end project management assignment that due to the sensitive environment and hard deadlines, required precise planning and execution. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and vendor management enabled the project to deliver a solution that met all requirements within budget and on time.
  • Security Upgrade – The upgrade of GMCT CCTV and Access Control was a failing project that I was tasked with putting back on track. Through methodical analysis and recalibration, I was able to deliver a result that received very positive feedback from senior management and staff.
