As Senior Manager of Store Experience, I am responsible for shaping and executing the store experience strategy across Foot Locker Asia Pacific, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, in-store technology, and innovation.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring our stores operate successfully by driving productivity, enhancing customer engagement, and delivering consistent, brand-right experiences. I lead the Field Visual Merchandising team across the region, ensuring our visual standards reflect our brand identity and resonate with our consumers.
In addition to continuing the development of the Customer Experience Center of Excellence (CXCOE), I partner closely with global and cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that elevate store operations, improve selling behaviors, and create immersive retail environments. My work directly supports our mission to inspire and empower youth culture through seamless, impactful, and future-ready store experiences.
