I am a 23 year old young professional at the start of his working career, I have gained some invaluable experiences across my time at multiple jobs as well as university. One of my proudest achievements in graduating from University with a (2:2) Bachelors degree in Sports Business Management. Handling multiple deadlines whilst maintaining the highest possible work standards, as well as partaking in public speeches and presentations, after overcoming challenges of my first year being cut short due to Covid really proved to me how mentally strong I am and how I am in control of my own success, and I am willing to do whatever ot takes to be successful.
This was a role which shaped my career into a whole different path and opened up opportunities I never thought would be available. During my time at this role, I had the opportunity to, and was successful at earning an uncapped salary based on performance and sales. I joined the company as a sales assistant, where through hard work and successful results I built my way up to becoming a sales consultant and leader, where I was able to continue earning an uncapped salary and being successful, whilst teaching new employees the skills and basics of the job to set them up for success. In my time at this role I learnt many skills including; communication, sales, body language skills and Tone of voice. This role also helped me to know that I am in control of my own success and helped me to take accountability, which has undoubtedly made me a happier, more skilled and intellectual person.
This job entailed communicating with managers from high performance car dealerships such as Range Rover, Jaguar and Lamborghini. To organise pick ups and delivery’s of brand new cars prior and post being detailed. This was a role where communication and attention to detail had to be immaculate, and a role where I undoubtedly got to understand more into cars, but particularly the financial side of car deals and trades, as well as taking responsibility of being in control of prized possessions.
