I worked as a chef de partie in a good french restaurant for 7 months where everything was homemade and the menu varied. I spent a summer undermanned, working 55 - 60 hours a week so work hard doesn't scare me !
I do a lot of different sports so im in good health, i don't drink alcohol and i don't smoke.
I see cooking as a passion not as a forced labour.
I speak currently english and I have my driver license.
I'm a pretty good pedagogue also I'm always in a good mood and ready to learn more because Im still far from the best i can .
