• Provide nursing expertise, guidance, and senior leadership in the coordination of an effective plan for those complex patients where specialised discharge planning requirements exist, utilising sound knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines and standards.

• Participate in continual improvement initiatives, including but not limited to; Magnet Accreditation, National Accreditation, Going for Gold Staff Surveys, Chief Executive Staff Forums, Queensland Nurses & Midwifery Union consultative and review forums.
