In my current role as a Nurse Unit Manager of the Day procedure Unit at Ashford Hospital, I have successfully overseen the staffing and scheduling for our unit, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of patient care while effectively managing the workforce. I have also Acted up regularly as the Perioperative Service Manager overseeing 9 Theatres, 1 procedure room and CSSD department. through out my time I have implemented innovative solutions, such as workforce analytics software, to streamline staffing processes, reduce overtime costs, and enhance staff satisfaction.
