I started work at a locally owned cafe, it began with weekends and after school shifts, I finished year 12 and took a gap year, the same family who owned the cafe I was currently working at opened a new establishment. I began working full time as a waitress to which I progressed to head barista, again expanding on customer service and management skills. In 2023 my gap year had come to an end and I had moved to Adelaide to complete a Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in which I am now in my third year. I began to work casually at the Good Samaritan Cafe, however I am passionate about beginning my expertise in the nutrition and clinical field.
