• Initially Trade in 3 stage- builders cleans, I can work with chemicals and construction, Glass and Scaffold, and in hazardous areas. Duties include cleaning and removal of all building and construction residue to present the house as a ready to move in structure. This is usually done in 3 stages, having to work with other trades and installs, clients and builder requests Equipment access and security access. Deadlines are strictly adhered to and a must in this industry.
• These skills transferred to business, office and residential cleaning over the years as the economy and my family evolved and I have many long term clients that have supported me professionally and personally throughout this time. I have always been able to find a steady income with cleaning and enjoy the physical stamina and personal attention it requires to create a healthy happy space.
