Meijie Xie

With five and a half years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I have developed into a qualified healthcare professional. I possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen awareness of the importance of providing excellent care to residents. I am highly capable of performing residents' ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and have gained valuable experience in preventing falls and pressure injuries from my previous nursing role.

My extensive nursing background has also helped me develop patience and strong communication skills, both with residents and colleagues. After moving to Australia, I worked at Woolworths for a year, gaining further experience in the service industry and honing my customer service skills. With my experience and service-oriented mindset, I am confident in my ability to excel in the role of OPAL Carer.
