I have been an employee of Kingswim Wantirna for 8 years commencing my training in April 2016.

Since joining the Kingswim family, i have completed all training available to me. Core, Parent Child, Advanced and Supervisor and Reception have gained skills in which I believe would benefit me in future positions within the company.

• As a teacher at Kingswim i believe communication and engagement with staff, students and our customers, recognising each childs individual needs and stages of learning are of absolute importance.
• As a supervisor at Kingswim I have developed and challenged myself. Having over 20 years customer service experience has helped me to grow within this position and helped me to be able to support customers by taking time to listen, be supportive and have patience to sort any issues that may arrise. Within my position I have also trained staff in certain areas and helped our Centre Manager with staff interviews and also pride myself in being a staff member that is easy approachable by other staff if anything is ever needed.
