- The Hospital in the Home Service treat a variety of acute conditions - Cellulitis, Pyelonephritis and other infections ( IV Antibiotic therapy), Anticoagulation management for acute DVT/ PE/ Thrombus, acute exacerbations of COPD and Heart Failure ( IV Furosemide administration), acute urinary retention/ IDC management, constipation management, acute pain management and various other acute conditions.
