Assisting the Store Manager and 2IC in the day to day running of the store both alongside and alone. Responsible for opening and closing of store, receiving stock, stock control, ensuring specials are being promoted and product is well merchandised, assisting in all departments. Running staff and delegating jobs, sick leave and replacement of staff, handling money in all area through cash registers as well as start and end of day banking.

Assisting customers in finding the products they're looking for. Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till. Addressing customer complaints and inquiries. Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers.
