When the cook is away I prepare morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea all from scratch. Place weekly food order and fill in all necessary cleaning, temperature and incoming goods forms.

Answering the telephone promptly and efficiently, making appointments, preparing business activity statements and entering client receipts.

Greeting visitors and providing professional knowledge about the yacht club, boat pens and moorings, answering the telephone, taking payment details and assisting the general manager

Greeting customers, cutting deli meats, preparing burgers, sandwiches etc, working the cash register
