Daily pre-operational safety checks on equipment prior to each shift. Supervised staff members at the designated lift station. Provided physical assistance to visitors getting onto and off of chairs.

A vibrant bar and outdoor food truck space located in southeast Melbourne. The responsibility of managing the venue, assigning tasks to staff, managing bookings and reservations, and assisting the manager with rosters and ordering. Facilitated positive relationships with suppliers and partners for events.
